SISTAM 2025: Pioneering Thailand’s Path to Smart, Safe & Sustainable Industries
25–26 September 2025 | BITEC, Bangkok
Bangkok – SISTAM 2025 (Smart Industrial Safety & Advanced Maintenance), Thailand’s premier exhibition and conference on smart safety and advanced maintenance technologies, returns for its 3rd edition on 25–26 September 2025 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna. Co-hosted by the Technology Promotion Association Thailand–Japan (TPA), the Thai Institute of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry (TIChE), the event is organised by Exposis Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, as Co-Founder and Knowledge Partner. With strong support from leading government and private sector organizations—including the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry; the Thai-German Institute; the Safety Engineering Association; and a network of more than 20 partner organisations—SISTAM 2025 is set to showcase the future of Thailand’s industrial transformation towards smarter, safer, and more sustainable factories.

The event will showcase a dynamic program aimed at raising safety standards and fostering the sustainable growth of Thailand’s industries. Key highlights include: Seminar on “Advancing Safety Toward Sustainability” by the Department of Industrial Works, “Smart Data Development in Industrial Plants” seminar by TPA, Panel: “Fire Protection Techniques & Systems” with case studies from the Safety Engineering Association, alongside free on-site consultations at the “Safety Consultancy Clinic”, the 16th Edition of Chemical Process Safety Sharing hosted by TIChE together with IRPC, SCGC, GC, and Thai Oil, which will spotlight best practices in operational safety and reliability. Adding to the experience, the Tech & Innovation Stage will bring leading technology providers to the forefront, unveiling advanced innovations that boost maintenance efficiency and industrial safety. Complementing the conference, the exhibition floor will present a comprehensive showcase of technologies, products, and solutions designed to transform safety and maintenance systems across industries.
Another key highlight of SISTAM this year is the “3S Conference – Smart, Safe & Sustainable Technologies Toward Tomorrow,” organised by the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with more than 20 partners. The conference is designed to address the critical challenges and emerging opportunities of today’s industries, with a strong focus on Digital Transformation and Decarbonization—two pivotal drivers of sustainable industrial growth in Thailand. Featured sessions include an Executive CEO Panel Talk "Decarbonization for Smart Industry: Transforming Business, Reducing Carbon, Building the Future" with executives from CP Group, Siam Yamato Steel, and Altervim; a Keynote on “Driving Smart Factories with Cloud: Enhancing Automation, Reducing Costs, and Boosting Maintenance Efficiency” by the Managing Director of Huawei Technologies (Thailand); and a Keynote on “Digital Transformation for Industrial Safety and Performance” by Dr. Prinya Hom-anek, among others.

“As the knowledge partner of SISTAM, Chula Engineering committed to driving digital and advanced technology adoption in production and maintenance processes to enhance the competitiveness of the Thai industry on the global stage. Through the 3S Conference – Smart, Safe & Sustainable Technologies Toward Tomorrow at SISTAM 2025, we bridge academic research with real-world applications. This year, the program emphasizes integrating advanced digital technologies with decarbonization strategies—key enablers of Thailand’s sustainable industrial growth,” added by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wittaya Wannasuphoprasit, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.
SISTAM 2025 serves as a pivotal platform for exchanging knowledge, technologies, and solutions that will drive Thailand’s industries toward smart, safe, efficient, and sustainable factories of the future. Ms. Nucharin Paradeevisut, Managing Director of Exposis Co., Ltd., the event organizer, remarked: “Participants at SISTAM 2025 will gain not only knowledge, technologies, and practical insights from leading national and international experts, but also opportunities to build networks and foster collaborations. The event goes beyond advancing safety and maintenance systems—it paves the way for Thai industries to embrace a smarter and more sustainable future.”
