SISTAM 2024 Admission Policy

“SISTAM 2024" is open to trade visitors only. Please dress in business attire. Those wearing shorts and/or sandals and minors under the age of 16 will not be permitted into the exhibition hall. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without cause or explanation.

By choosing to allow your badge to be scanned by the organiser, an exhibitor, or a sponsor during the Event or at the entrance, you will be providing your name, job title, company name, email address, telephone number and company address to the exhibitor or sponsor or event organiser, who may contact you to promote their products, events and/or trade association.

Event Photography and Recording

You may be photographed, audio-recorded and video-recorded at any event organised by Exposis, the organiser. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”) and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by Exposis, its affiliates and/or representatives. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any materials, including any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Exposis, its affiliates and/or representatives. All intellectual property rights to the materials shall be reserved by Exposis, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with their use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
